Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.

- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is missing essential parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products ordered by mistake.
- Items no longer needed by the customer.
- Refusal to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
- Requests raised after the specified return window.
Return Review Process
Once a return request is submitted, our support team will review the provided information. Additional details or evidence may be requested if necessary.
Approval or rejection of the request will be communicated via email or phone within 2–5 business days.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through UPI or Bank Transfer to the customer.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on banking procedures.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable and subject to stock availability, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
